This wooden bowl is made from Purpleheart and hand turned in our shop. Purpleheart is a very recognizable species due to the bright purple coloring. It grows from Mexico through Southern Brazil.
This bowl is lightweight yet sturdy and has the warmth that only natural wood can deliver. The lid is Antique Pewter filagree of a heart which adds a beautiful contrast to the wood.

This bowl is perfect for Potpourri, jewelry or anything that needs venting and could easily add texture and warmth to any space in your home. Because our pieces are turned and finished by hand, some roughness in the finish should be expected. Color may vary for image.
