Hand Turned Spalted Tamarind Toothpick Holder

Unique toothpick holder hand turned from Spalted Tamarind makes a perfect wedding, birthday, anniversary, or holiday gift.

Spalted Tamarind comes from South East Asia.   The decay/spalting gives the wood awesome spiderweb type patterns that add character and excitement to its appearance.  The spalting is most prevalent in the sapwood which is prone to attack from bugs and fungus which cause it.

Each toothpick holder is uniquely hand crafted in my shop out of exotic hardwoods and finished with friction polish.

The toothpick holder measures approximately 2-1/2″ long by 2″ wide.
